Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit guidance and honest feedback to customers
- Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
- Open new customer rewards program accounts
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as required

- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
