Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide helpful, honest style and fit feedback.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in another department.
