Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Perform merchandizing tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with department readiness and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
