Summary

Passionate salesperson responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store, achieving sales goals, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining department readiness. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as business needs dictate. Physical stamina is required for frequent movement and handling merchandise throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and confident styling and fit feedback
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Grow customer base by opening new rewards program accounts
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business needs and cover other departments when required
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
• Ability to excel in a team environment and follow through on tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Organization skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced setting
