Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Build lasting relationships and open customer reward accounts
• Provide styling advice and feedback on fit and products
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
