Job Description

Summary

Responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in men's apparel through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. The role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to perform duties across departments as needed. Emphasis is on using communication and technology to grow customer following and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
  • Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
  • Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
  • Perform light cleaning and maintain merchandise presentation
  • Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
  • Work a variable schedule based on business needs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
  • Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Organization and strong follow through
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous movement, bending, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
