Retail Sales - Natick Mall

Summary

Retail Salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels, and supporting department operations at the Natick Mall. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work varied schedules and occasional duties in other departments. The position includes a $250 sign-on bonus paid after 30 days and may earn performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Provide honest, helpful styling and fit advice to customers
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and performing price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready environment
• Be flexible to occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs and availability
