Summary
Retail Salesperson responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels, and supporting department operations at the Natick Mall. The position includes a $250 sign-on bonus paid after 30 days and may earn performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Provide honest, helpful styling and fit advice to customers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and performing price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready environment
- Be flexible to occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs and availability
