Summary
Provide exceptional customer service through in-store and digital selling, build lasting relationships with customers, and support department operations to achieve sales goals. Maintain product knowledge, assist with merchandising and stocking, and adapt to flexible schedules and occasional departmental changes.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Provide styling and fit advice to customers with confidence and honesty
- Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer engagement
- Assist with filling orders, restocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally support duties in other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
