The Retail Sales role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving in-store and digital sales. The salesperson will build lasting customer relationships, use networking and technology for selling, and support department operations including merchandising and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide style and fit guidance to customers
• Use text and social media tools to engage customers
• Open customer accounts in the rewards program
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
