Retail Sales

Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, and maintaining department readiness. Role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional cross-department support. Candidate should be passionate about fashion and comfortable using technology and social media to grow a customer following.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and style guidance
• Use texting and social media as selling tools
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Work flexible hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as required
