Summary

Provide exceptional fashion styling and customer service to build lasting relationships and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining product knowledge and contributing to department readiness. Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Build lasting relationships and provide personalized styling advice
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to meet business needs
• Be flexible to work in other departments when required
