Passionate salesperson responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store, meeting sales goals, and delivering exceptional styling and service. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
- Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the sales floor
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest and ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organized with strong follow through
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and handle physical merchandise tasks
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
