Summary

Support a fast-paced Nordstrom Rack store by helping customers, maintaining salesfloor presentation, and keeping merchandise and stockrooms organized. Depending on department assignment, assist with sales, customer service, stock, or fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with transactions, fitting rooms, and finding merchandise.
• Keep the salesfloor clean, organized, and replenished through straightening and re-merchandising.
• Receive, process, ticket, and organize merchandise and fulfill and ship customer orders.
• Follow operational, inventory, and asset protection standards and support store events and general needs.

Requirements

• Clear communication, interpersonal skills, accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to remain in motion for 6-8 hours per shift and frequently bend, reach, and handle merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly; stock and fulfillment roles may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
