Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer accounts and promote loyalty program enrollment
- Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, and re-merchandising
- Execute price markdowns and maintain department presentation and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the department is customer ready
- Be flexible to work varying schedules and occasionally support other departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong sales focus
- Ability to use networking and technology for sales including social media and texting
- Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
