Summary

Perform sales and styling duties to build and maintain customer relationships both in-store and through digital channels. Achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while supporting department operations and merchandising. Work a flexible schedule that may vary by week and occasionally support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest and confident feedback
• Use networking and technology to drive sales and open reward program accounts
• Support department operations including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready sales floor and perform light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to support other departments
• Use hands-on physical tasks and handle merchandise safely
