Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally support other departments
• Adapt to a variable schedule based on business needs
