Retail Sales - Ross Park

Summary

Responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships. Uses styling knowledge and technology to grow a customer following and open new rewards accounts. Supports store operations including stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Engage customers and provide styling advice about fit and product
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Use text and social media tools to drive sales
• Open Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Maintain department readiness and perform light cleaning
• Work flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to prioritize tasks and excel in a team environment
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules based on business needs
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
