Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling while building lasting customer relationships and product expertise. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and feedback on fit and product
• Use digital tools including text and social media to grow customer following
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Handle merchandise and assist customers with frequent movement and lifting
