Summary

The Retail Sales associate will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for the shoes department through both in-store and digital selling channels. This role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, offering expert style and fit guidance, and maintaining a customer-ready department. The schedule is variable and may require flexibility to work across departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit and open new rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and excel in a team environment
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
