Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling and fit advice confidently and honestly
• Grow customer base by opening rewards program accounts
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready including light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments
