Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
- Use text and social media and other tools to grow customer following
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, restock, remerchandise and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest in using networking and technology to meet sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6 to 8 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
