Summary

Provide fashion-focused sales and styling support in the shoes department, building lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Help customers find products that fit their needs while contributing to department sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful, honest feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, marking down prices, and light cleaning.
• Work collaboratively and flexibly, including occasional duties in another department.

Requirements

• Strong interest in networking and technology to support sales goals.
• Ability to work well on a team, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
