Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide honest styling and fit advice to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work in departments other than the assigned one
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
