Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling

• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Stock merchandise, fill orders, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Open new customer Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
