Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling and fit guidance with honest confident feedback
- Use networking and technology tools including text and social media to grow sales
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Operate on a variable schedule based on business needs
