Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining department readiness. The role requires flexibility to support other departments and varied weekly schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide high quality customer service and styling guidance
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Open new customer rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning
• Occasionally work in departments other than the assigned one
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
