Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media tools to engage customers and drive sales
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Participate in team environment and support colleagues to meet goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
- Organizational skills and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours including bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
