Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and guidance on fit and product selection
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Open new customer reward program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Flexibly assist in departments other than the primary area when needed
