Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
- Build lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit
- Use text and social media for selling and customer engagement
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Support department readiness by filling orders and stocking
- Perform re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
