Summary

Salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building customer relationships, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining a customer ready department in a busy retail shoe environment at Tacoma Mall.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use texting and social media to drive sales and engage customers
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit recommendations
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and perform light cleaning
• Open new loyalty program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
