Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Fill orders, stock, remerchandise, perform price markdowns, and maintain department readiness
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
• Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
• Use technology and networking to achieve sales goals
