Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit guidance
• Seek product and fashion knowledge to grow expertise
• Perform department tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow relationships
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
• Handle merchandise and assist customers with frequent movement and lifting
