Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful service and style and fit feedback.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
• Adapt to changing schedules and occasional duties in other departments.
