Summary

Customer-focused retail salesperson responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, providing styling and fit advice, and maintaining department readiness. Must be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally assist in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and fit recommendations
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Open new rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
