Retail Sales/Stock Support - East Hampton

As a Retail Sales/Stock Support associate at our East Hampton location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom and sales floor. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Manage the in-store receiving process and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Delegate tasks on the sales floor to complete re-pricing projects efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by tagging, steaming, folding, and hanging items as needed.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure timely and efficient floorset implementation.
• Replenish merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor daily.
• Execute transfers, returns, and damages as directed.
• Process customer charge sends and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom, ensuring merchandise is floor-ready at all times.
• Audit stockroom for consistent sizing, folding, and organization.
• Maintain and audit store receiving, returns, transfer, and inventory paperwork.
• Prepare the store for physical inventories according to directives and planning packets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting inventory.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Retail Pro experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
