Retail Sales/Stock Support - Melrose Avenue

As a Retail Sales/Stock Support Associate at our Melrose Avenue location, you will engage with clients and provide excellent customer service while managing stockroom operations. You will ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.

• Engage with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational functions within the stockroom.
• Facilitate directives from the store manager and corporate office.
• Supervise inventory and all components effectively and efficiently.

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store handling high-end goods is a plus.
• Highly motivated and professional demeanor.
• Good representation of the James Perse brand lifestyle.
• Ability to provide basic product and brand information.
• Proficient in transacting sales via POS.
