Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining department presentation. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in different departments to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service with confident styling and fit advice
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Be physically active on the sales floor with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Comfortable using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organized with strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds
