Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through customer service, styling, and relationship building. Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Participate in physical tasks including lifting and handling merchandise
