Retail Sales - Streets At Southpoint

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels by cultivating customer relationships and using selling tools such as text and social media. Support department operations including merchandising, stocking, order fulfillment, and customer account enrollment while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and follow up using technology
• Provide honest style and fit advice to customers
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow the customer base
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain customer ready presentation
• Occasionally work in other departments as business needs require

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong follow through
• Comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
• Capacity to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
