• Set and achieve sales goals using tools to serve customers on their terms.
• Enhance skills in building an appointment-based business and be available for appointments through BLVD.
• Build lasting relationships by following up on purchases and suggesting new merchandise.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Develop selling skills by serving customers throughout the store at all price points.
• Introduce customers to the Nordy Club and its benefits.
• Perform department duties such as dusting, filling in the floor, and maintaining your section.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
