Responsibilities
- Deliver styling advice and honest feedback to help customers select complementary pieces.
- Create customer connections using in-store interactions and digital tools such as text and social media.
- Drive sales through outreach, appointment setting, and follow up after purchases.
- Invite customers to events and introduce them to loyalty programs to increase engagement.
- Sell across multiple departments and adapt to changing inventory and trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise presentation.
- Use digital engagement strategies and apps to inspire customers and share curated looks.

- Styling knowledge and ability to advise on wardrobe coordination and complete looks.

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
