Responsibilities

• Help customers select apparel and other pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Engage customers in-store and digitally through text, social media, and Nordstrom apps.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointments, and follow-up after purchases.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and work across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, with the ability to advise customers on completing their look.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales goals and build a personal business through appointments and digital selling.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
