Responsibilities

• Offer customers honest feedback and recommend pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Connect with customers in person and through digital tools, sharing curated looks and new arrivals.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointments, and event and non-event selling.
• Follow up after purchases, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling expertise and knowledge of customers' overall wardrobes.
• Entrepreneurial approach to building a personal business through appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, adaptability, and follow-through skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and enthusiasm for digital engagement.
• Availability for business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
