Responsibilities

• Offer honest styling advice and help customers select pieces that complement their wardrobe.
• Use in-store interactions and digital tools to share curated looks and maintain customer engagement.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up on purchases, new arrivals, and events.
• Introduce customers to the Nordy Club and sell across departments.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized space.

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven approach to appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Organization, adaptability, multitasking, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
