Responsibilities

• Advise customers on clothing and accessories that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Use in-store interactions and digital tools to share curated looks and maintain customer engagement.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointments, and follow-up after purchases.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Help maintain a clean, organized selling space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, confidence selling across departments, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and enthusiasm for digital engagement tools.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to remain active throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
