Responsibilities

• Provide honest styling advice and help customers select pieces that complement their wardrobe.
• Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, digital engagement, outreach, and appointments.
• Drive sales, follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce the Nordy Club.
• Maintain an organized selling space and assist customers across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, confidence selling across departments, and strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented approach to building customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Comfort with social media and digital selling tools; strong organization, adaptability, and follow-through.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends and ability to meet the physical demands of retail work, including lifting items up to 25 pounds.
