As a Retail Sales Stylist in Women's Apparel at The Grove, you will be passionate about service and styling, cultivating meaningful customer relationships both digitally and in-store. • Set and achieve sales goals by utilizing tools to serve customers on their terms.
• Enhance skills in building an appointment-based business and be available for appointments booked through BLVD.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases and suggesting new merchandise.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Develop selling skills by serving customers throughout the entire store at all price points.
• Introduce customers to the Nordy Club and its benefits.
• Perform department duties and responsibilities, including dusting and maintaining your section.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform work in other departments as needed.
