Retail Sales Supervisor

As a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Wilmette, IL location, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, setting the standard for the store team and ensuring the store operates smoothly in the absence of Store Management.

• Lead by example in exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Assist Store Management in driving and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and company KPIs.
• Ensure customers are the number one priority in the store.
• Conduct store meetings and resolve customer issues in the absence of Store Management.
• Open and close the store and oversee all procedures.
• Maintain store standards and manage inventory.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Strong computer skills and ability to network to attract clientele.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
