Retail Sales associate responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling, building lasting customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and supporting department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising
• Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when required
