Retail Sales - The Grove

As a Retail Sales Associate at SKIMS - The Grove, you will be passionate about fashion and styling, with the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following both digitally and in-store. You will work closely with Nordstrom and SKIMS teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer and product needs to brand partners.
• Share images of SKIMS floor with brand contact weekly.
• Support organization and execution of SKIMS visual standards.
• Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks, and nesting tables are full and neat.
• Maintain communication with back stock and visual merchandising team.
• Attend SKIMS brand and product training sessions.
• Provide highest level of service and product knowledge to customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide honest feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer ready.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
